We’re looking for a full-time Senior UX Designer to join our remote team, supporting projects during Eastern Time (EST) business hours.

As a Senior UX Designer at wild, you’ll lead complex projects, drive critical UX decisions, shape overarching product strategies, and mentor the team while ensuring user-centered design remains at the heart of everything we create.

Plus, if you think puns like "UX designers never get lost … they have impeccable navigational skills" are funny, then this job might be what you’ve been looking for all along.

You’re an ideal candidate if you meet the following requirements:

  • You have digital agency experience or have worked in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment delivering polished UX work under tight timelines for global clients.
  • You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to lead user-centered design processes—from research and usability testing through to interaction design and prototyping.
  • You design interfaces that are beautiful, intuitive, and consistent—and you're fluent in tools like Figma, with experience working within structured design systems and component libraries.
  • You work independently and manage multiple projects with confidence, while mentoring mid-level or junior designers and staying in sync with remote teams and contributing directly to client-facing sessions and presentations.
  • You’re comfortable collaborating with developers, PMs, and visual designers, and actively advocate for UX best practices across project phases to deliver cohesive, user-centered digital products.

Bonus points if…

  • You bring experience in accessibility best practices, ensuring your designs are inclusive and compliant across use cases.
  • You’re comfortable navigating between UX strategy, visual design, and research, and can clearly articulate the rationale behind your design decisions to both internal teams and clients.
  • You stay ahead of emerging UX trends, tools, and technologies, and bring curiosity, experimentation, and fresh ideas to every project.
