Web Designer & Builder (Freelance)

We’re a Belgian marketing agency (not a startup) helping Odoo clients grow with Odoo-native websites.

We’re looking for an experienced web designer who can turn Figma designs into high-performing websites. Odoo experience is a plus, not required.

What you’ll do

• Design in Figma (websites) and translate into live pages.
• Build websites using the Odoo Website Builder.
• Ensure responsive design, basic SEO & performance checks, and clean handoff.

Must-haves

• 5+ years of hands-on website building, ideally with page builders (Elementor/Wix/…).
• Strong Figma skills and design-to-build handoff.
• Solid eye for UX, responsiveness, and basic SEO.
• Self-starter with clear communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Odoo Website Builder.
• Based in Bangalore or able to collaborate there occasionally.

Contract & growth

• Start freelance on a project basis.
• Path to full-time if deliveries are strong.
• High growth potential: opportunity to build a team in India
