β About the Project:
We already have strong ASO expertise, and now we are expanding into mobile traffic acquisition. Weβre looking for a leader to build this new direction from scratch: assemble a team, establish processes, and launch traffic acquisition on key platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to create a product from the ground up and define its future direction!
β What Youβll Do:
- Launch a new product from scratch β develop a mobile marketing strategy, set up internal processes, select tools & technologies, and test hypotheses to build an effective user acquisition model.
- Develop mobile performance strategies β create and present client & tender strategies, contribute to client product solutions.
- Media planning & tenders β prepare media plans, defend tenders with the team.
- Build & manage a team β recruit, onboard, distribute responsibilities, mentor, conduct one-on-one meetings, assist with short-term tasks, and develop individual growth plans.
- Collaborate with the Sales team β work closely with sales to attract new clients and optimize processes across departments.
- Work with the ASO team β align paid and organic channels to enhance user acquisition, analyze the impact of ad campaigns on app store rankings.
- Manage ad campaigns β audit ad accounts, oversee traffic sources (Xiaomi Ads, Huawei Petal, Mintegral, Appnext, etc.), launch, scale, and analyze campaign performance (CPI, CPA, Retention, etc.).
- Develop partnerships β identify & onboard new advertising platforms & networks, negotiate with partners, and analyze mobile marketing trends.
β What We Expect from You:
- 3+ years of experience as a manager, leading a team of 5+ people.
- Expertise in mobile ad campaign management.
- Ability to work with large budgets.
- Experience with traffic sources like Xiaomi Ads, Huawei Petal, Mintegral, Appnext, Hybe, Jampp, etc.
- Proficiency in analytical tools: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Excel, Data Studio, Yandex.Metrica.
- Strong media planning skills, experience in sales funnels, and strategy development & presentation.
- English B1+ for professional communication.
- Fluent Russian is necessary for internal processes and coordination with colleagues.

- Experience in developing & launching mobile apps.
- Background in affiliate marketing.
- Experience scaling ad campaigns worldwide (USA, Europe, Asia).
