Position Overview
Are you a dedicated and resourceful marketer looking to take ownership of impactful projects while collaborating with a dynamic team? WhiteCap Search is seeking a driven Digital Marketing Manager to take charge of our digital presence, campaigns, and analytics. This role is a mix of digital marketing, business analysis, and content creation, ideal for someone ready to make a tangible impact and grow with us. While the listed experience is preferred, we encourage candidates with relevant qualifications and a willingness to learn to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management:
Support the launch of new company websites, including planning, design collaboration, content development and deployment
Manage ongoing website updates, SEO optimization, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain a seamless and engaging user experience.
Email Marketing:
Create and execute email campaigns, including segmentation, automated workflows, and performance analysis.
Optimize messaging to boost engagement and conversion.
Reputation & Digital Footprint Management:
Manage the company’s presence across Google Business Profiles, job boards, and online directories.
Respond to reviews and implement strategies to strengthen the company’s online reputation.
Campaign Execution & Analysis:
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, tracking performance and ROI.
Set up and maintain tracking tools, including UTM parameters and dashboards.
Content Creation:
Draft compelling copy for email, website, thought leadership, and campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging, brand-aligned content.
Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze and interpret data from campaigns, website traffic, and job boards to inform decisions.
Create actionable reports using tools like Excel and business analytics software.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
3+ years in a hands-on digital marketing or related role.
Strong understanding of website management, email campaigns, and analytics tools.
Background in content creation and/or business analysis is highly desirable.
Proficiency with HubSpot or similar email/marketing platforms is valuable.
Experience with job board management & reporting is a plus.
Skills:
A balance of creativity and data-driven thinking.
Strong copywriting skills with a knack for creating engaging content.
Advanced analytics skills, including experience with Google Analytics, Excel, and campaign tracking tools.
Soft Skills:
A self-starter who takes ownership of projects and sees them through.
Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
Strong collaborator with great communication abilities.
