The Role

What You’ll Own

YouTube & Social Media

• Oversee the entire YouTube content production process—from strategy and scripting to publishing.
• Ensure YouTube content is repurposed effectively across social platforms for maximum engagement.

Lead Generation & Website Management

• Manage the lead generation team, optimizing workflows for outreach and prospecting.
• Oversee website updates, branding redesigns, and content strategy, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Project Management & Execution

• Define priorities, set deadlines, and ensure all digital initiatives align with business goals.
• Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven insights to improve performance.
• Streamline workflows to improve efficiency across content, social media, and lead gen.

Brand & Content Oversight

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets, aligning with our company values and messaging.
• Work closely with designers and content teams to create a cohesive digital presence.

Team Recruitment and Leadership

• Lead and mentor a high-performance team of content creators, marketers, and strategists.
• Recruit top talent when needed (e.g., editors, developers, outreach specialists).
