A US-based data storage company that provides enterprise-grade object storage solutions for fortune 500 companies is expanding. They are pre-IPO and require a Regional Marketing Manager for UKI, Nordics and Benelux to execute marketing programs and events, and manage regional channel partners and alliances to support growth goals.
This role requires strong alignment with the marketing team members and the ability to work closely with the regional sales team members and BDM’s to execute across the region. Successful candidates must be able to self-start, plan, and execute.
Responsibilities:
Define regional marketing goals and objectives to meet overall company revenue objectives.
Create regional marketing plans for FY in close collaboration with the Regional Sales Team and
monitor budgetary spend to stay on track and on budget.
Work and coordinate cross-functionally with Alliances, OEM, channel, and regional marketing
teams on programs and activities.
Plan and map target accounts and marketing objectives with Channel partners.
Drive and execute regional marketing programs, activities, and events.
Track metrics weekly to regularly assess ROI of activities.
Contribute to revenue goals by executing data-driven marketing initiatives that activate, inspire,
convert, and engage customers.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and SE teams to plan and recruit for events, managing
deliverables across departments.
Oversee event logistics, production, signage, shipping, and staffing for tradeshows and local
events.
Responsible for creating, expanding, and implementing paid demand gen campaigns to generate
leads, increase awareness, and qualify prospects through various channels (content syndication,
digital ads, paid social, SEM, webinars, etc.).
Ensure continuous optimization through A/B and multivariate testing for both demand gen and
nurture content.
Requirements:
6+ years’ experience in marketing for a tech company
3+ years’ channel experience
Strong work ethic and pro-active self-starter with the ability to perform with minimal direction
Excellent relationship building skills, both internally and externally
Passion for data-driven marketing
Flexible with an aptitude for working in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey ideas
Team player, but can work just as well on your own
Pride yourself on your ability to juggle tasks and not let anything fall through the cracks
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Significant travel required for events (40%+) including UK, Nordics, Benelux, and Middle East
Social media a plus
Start-up or small, agile company experience preferred
