Marketing Analyst

A leading US technology company requires a Marketing Analyst to support global marketing teams by consulting and driving strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity.

You will partner with Growth Marketing (PPC,Events, SEO, Email Automation), Partner Marketing and Sales Operations. You will be asked to solve issues of varying complexity: from facilitating the

appropriate use of an individual Salesforce field to revising our lead scoring model after detailed and robust analysis. You are a flexible and detailed planner, an expert communicator, and a top-notch analyst who anyone would love to have on the team.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaigns and lead management.
• Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness and business impact.
• Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing.
• Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices.
• Provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements.
• Develop robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring.
• Produce and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
• Present analysis and findings to stakeholders across business units (Growth Marketing,

Partner Marketing, Operations, Sales).

• Advise on technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, multi-touch attribution, campaign influence, data aggregation from PPC) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.

Required:

• 5+ years of work experience that developed strong analytical capabilities. Most of that time should be in a B2B organization.
• You fluently speak the language of a marketer. From PPC to email automation, CVRs to CTR, cost per MQL / SQO, A/B testing and more.
• You have strong Salesforce skills. You produce your own reports.
• Experience using or supporting Pardot/MCAE.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel to perform analysis (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• You have experience with Analytics Studio or something very similar.
• You have hands-on experience with marketing automation.
• You exhibit strength in translating data into actionable insights.
• You are an expert at building a plan and driving results. You openly communicate your progress, you seek solutions to obstacles, and you take pride in delivering excellent work.
