Senior SEO Specialist - UK Market

Wextons is looking for an experienced, hands-on SEO specialist based in India to improve our organic search presence in the UK.

We are looking for someone who knows what actually moves SEO performance, not someone who simply produces audits and monthly reports. You should be able to review our website, understand our competitors, identify what is holding us back and take ownership of improving rankings, traffic and, most importantly, qualified enquiries.

What you'll do

You will lead SEO strategy and execution across technical SEO, keyword strategy, on-page optimisation, content, local SEO and link building. You will work with our team to identify the highest-value opportunities and turn them into a clear, prioritised plan.

The focus is ultimately simple: increase Wextons' visibility for relevant UK searches and generate more landlord enquiries through organic search.

What we're looking for

We want someone with a proven track record of delivering SEO results in the UK market. You should have strong technical and commercial SEO knowledge and be comfortable working with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush and similar tools.

Experience with UK property, estate agencies, lettings, property management or other competitive local-service businesses would be a strong advantage.
