About The Role

Hybrid Role in Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support Clean Heat and Beneficial Electrification programs. You will focus on residential energy solutions including HVAC, insulation, air sealing, and whole-home efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in developing clean heat product strategies
• Translate policy and regulatory requirements into program rules and customer-facing materials
• Develop program applications and marketing collateral
• Support execution of marketing campaigns and customer messaging
• Collaborate with marketing communications teams to ensure detailed messaging
• Track KPIs and program data to support decision-making
• Coordinate across our teams to ensure successful program implementation and delivery
• Provide administrative and coordination support across the full product lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience
