Lamina, a West Monroe Company, is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Financial Services Product Team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a team to gather technical requirements, define platform and integration designs, and develop solutions in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

Design and develop software applications across multiple programming languages in collaboration with team members.
Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Employ Agile methodologies to iteratively deliver high-quality products.

Solve complex problems using innovative and analytical skills.
Lead and communicate effectively with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience in software development.
Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.

DevOps Tooling: Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes
Package Management: Bower, NPM, Yarn, NuGet
Testing: XUnit, MSTest, Jasmine, Karma, JUnit, RSpec
