WEPS is a digital logistics platform focused on building a smart shipping engine, with two main systems:

• Internal Operations Dashboard
• Client Dashboard (User Interface)

We are looking for a high-level developer with strong UX capabilities to take the platform to the next level.

Role Objective

We need a builder, not just a coder — someone who can:

• Fix issues fast
• Improve system performance
• Enhance user experience
• Contribute to product development

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain both:
• Internal dashboard (operations system)
• Client dashboard (customer-facing platform)
• Quickly identify and fix bugs and system issues
• Implement new features and product improvements
• Build and manage API integrations
• Develop and optimize payment gateway integrations
• Improve overall system performance and scalability
• Continuously enhance UI/UX for better user experience
• Propose new ideas and improvements for the platform
• Prepare the platform for mobile app transformation (Web → App)

• Fix critical bugs within 24 hours max
• Deliver new features within agreed deadlines (100% commitment)
• Improve page speed and performance by 30%+
• Reduce user friction and drop-off rates
• Maintain system uptime > 99%
• Deliver clean, scalable, and maintainable code

🧠 Required Skills

• Strong experience in Full Stack Development
• Experience in building dashboards (Admin + Client UI)
• Strong UI/UX design sense (not just coding)
• Experience with API integrations & third-party services
• Experience with payment gateway integrations
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work fast and under pressure
• Understanding of scalable architecture

🎨 UX / Product Expectations

• Ability to redesign flows for better user experience
• Deep understanding of user journey optimization
• Experience in building clean, intuitive interfaces
• Focus on conversion, simplicity, and speed

📱 Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)

• Experience in converting web apps to mobile apps (Flutter / React Native / PWA)
• Experience in logistics / SaaS platforms
