About The Role
WeMod is in a critical phase of growth, and we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help accelerate our expansion. In this role, you'll lead key growth initiatives across the entire funnel, from driving top-of-funnel awareness to optimizing user activation, conversion, and retention. You’ll own performance marketing, but also help scale organic growth levers (SEO, content, influencer) and lifecycle campaigns to increase user LTV and drive sustainable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own and scale our user acquisition channels (paid search, social, and more), managing hundreds of thousands in monthly spend
- Design and execute experiments to improve performance across the entire marketing funnel
- Develop and optimize high-impact landing pages and conversion flows
- Collaborate with our creative, product, and data teams to launch and test new campaigns
- Lead lifecycle marketing strategies to re-engage and retain users, partnering closely with CRM
- Analyze performance data and user behavior to uncover insights and iterate on strategies
- Manage relationships with creative and media agencies to develop and launch assets, hiring in contractors and talent if necessary
- Build the playbook for scalable and repeatable growth across acquisition, activation, and retention
What You Need
- 3–5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a fast-paced startup
- Strong background in paid media (Google Ads, Meta), with a proven track record managing at least $100k / month in ad spend while of driving ROI
- Experience optimizing across the user acquisition funnel, from building awareness to driving conversion
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and landing page builders
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving initiatives with autonomy
- Understanding of attribution models, UTM structures, and performance reporting
Nice-to-Haves
- Passion for gaming or experience in the gaming industry
- Background in SaaS or subscription-based growth
- Experience with mobile-to-desktop conversion flows
- Familiarity with tools like Customer.io or other CRM platforms
- Experience building or scaling a growth team
- Knowledge of SEO or organic growth strategies
- Experience building systems and automation for marketing campaigns
