MAIN DUTIES

Perform DTP-related tasks.

Implement cost-effective and efficient processes.

Evaluate the quality of deliveries from external resources, providing and registering feedback.

Provide effort estimates of the project files.

Prepare localization friendly source files.

Fix the layout of the translated files.

Produce localized graphics.

Maintain and update knowledge and documentation of the assigned accounts.

Perform quality checks after DTP step using available checklists.

Take ownership of assigned accounts, manage external resources, and ensure quality control.

Skill in learning and using tools provided by client independently.

Learn and research new tools or methods, and develop macros to improve productivity and efficiency.

Ability to independently learn and use tools provided by the client.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

Knowledge of installation and configuration management for the most common operating systems and platforms.

Language or Design degrees or experience.

Skills in below tools:

· DTP tools (FrameMaker, Word, Office, QuarkXpress, Google Slides, Indesign etc.)

· Image tools (Paint Shop Pro, PhotoShop, ImageReady, Figma, Illustrator etc.)

· Screen capture tools (SnagIT etc.)

Other relevant skills

· Excellent verbal and written literacy skills;

· Good ability on analyzing and solving problems;

· Strong desire for new skills and knowledge;

· Strong sense of responsibility;

· Flexibility and strong cooperation spirit;

· Carefulness and patience.

Additional Competencies

Experience in Digital Accessibility, specifically PDF accessibility compliance (e.g., tagging, alt text, reading order).
General understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, PDF/UA, Section 508) and regulations like ADA and EAA.
Experience with built-in Accessibility checkers and external tools such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, PAC 3, CommonLook, or equivalent.
Familiarity with screen reader testing (e.g., JAWS, NVDA) is a plus.
