Position Summary:**
Ways2Well is seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role is pivotal in ensuring executive efficiency through seamless calendar management, meeting coordination, confidential information handling, and operational execution. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:**
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, ensuring seamless workflow and execution of priorities.
Efficiently manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel logistics, optimizing time management for executives.
Serve as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-through.
Prepare, proofread, and organize high-level reports, presentations, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Anticipate the needs of executives, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate administrative challenges proactively.
Assist in coordinating strategic projects, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely execution of key initiatives.
Support the planning and execution of executive meetings, company events, and strategic engagements.
Perform additional executive support functions as required to enhance leadership effectiveness and organizational success.

Qualifications & Competencies:**
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet critical deadlines.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
Confidentiality & Professionalism: Unwavering discretion in handling sensitive and privileged information.
Technology Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
Problem-Solving Acumen: Strategic thinking with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to administrative challenges.
Adaptability & Initiative: Ability to anticipate needs, navigate dynamic priorities, and execute responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Preferred Location: While this position is remote, candidates based in Austin, TX, will receive preference for potential on-site engagements.
