About the role
We’re hiring a data-driven Marketing Lead to own Wello’s regional go-to-market, scale user acquisition, and lift conversion throughout the funnel—from impression to first deposit and ongoing retention. You’ll partner closely with Growth to tailor playbooks for priority corridors (SEA, Africa, MENA, EU), run high-impact campaigns (referrals, KOL, paid, lifecycle), and build a long-term demand engine that supports Wello’s mission.

Wello is a PayFi platform on BNB Chain that makes stablecoins and remittances simple. We connect traditional payments (Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, local rails) to a self-custodial wallet so people can buy tokens, move money across borders in seconds, and cash in/out locally. We’re building compliant, global fiat ↔ stablecoin rails and a friendly path for Web2 users to experience Web3.
What you’ll do
- Regional Strategy: Partner with Growth to identify opportunities by corridor (payments, fees, compliance, user needs) and craft tailored strategies—audience, channels, messaging, offers, budgets, KPI targets.
- Acquisition & Conversion: Launch multi-channel campaigns (paid social/search, X/Telegram/Discord, influencer/KOL, affiliates, content, partnerships, app store) to grow verified users, first deposits, and first on-chain actions.
- Lifecycle & Activation: Own onboarding and CRM (email, push, in-app) to improve conversion at key steps: Signup → KYC → First Deposit → First Swap/Send → 30-day Retention.
- Community & Campaigns: Orchestrate social and community programs that attract quality users—not just hunters—and improve completion rates.
- Positioning & Messaging: Localize narratives while keeping brand consistency.
- Partnerships: Drive co-marketing with BNB Chain, KOLs, wallets, merchant/payment partners, and regional communities to lower CAC and open new funnels.
- Long-Term Strategy: Own a 6–12 month roadmap aligned to Wello goals (corridor expansion, brand trust, compliant growth, merchant network awareness).
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience turning insights into region-tailored strategies and measurable results
- Strong command of performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM, content/social, and basic CRO/landing-page optimization.
- Comfortable with data: building dashboards, cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and experimentation frameworks (A/B tests).
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Product, and Design.
- Clear, concise communicator; skilled at brief writing and feedback cycles.
- Bonus: fintech/crypto/Web3 or marketplace experience; familiarity with compliance and localized payments.
