About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Design Lead / Creative Lead to lead the creative vision and execution across all brand touchpoints. This role is ideal for a creative professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on design expertise and understands how impactful design influences customer experience, communication, and conversions.
You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Growth, Content, and Leadership teams to shape the visual identity of the brand while building scalable creative processes and leading a high-performing creative function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall creative direction and visual identity of the brand.
- Drive creative execution across Amazon, website, digital advertising, packaging, email marketing, and social media.
- Develop compelling, conversion-focused creative assets that strengthen customer engagement and brand communication.
- Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to create performance-driven campaigns.
- Establish scalable design systems, creative workflows, and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor the in-house creative team while coordinating with external agencies and freelancers.
- Review and direct video, motion graphics, and multimedia creative projects.
- Apply design thinking to solve communication and business challenges.
- Leverage AI-powered creative tools and modern workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and creative output.
Required Qulification:
- 4–8 years of experience in Creative Design, Brand Design, or Visual Communication.
- Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and high-quality creative execution.
- Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, consumer, wellness, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused design principles and digital marketing creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and contemporary creative tools.
- Experience managing designers, freelancers, or agency partners.
- Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into impactful visual experiences.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled design workflows and creative automation is highly desirable.
