Compensation: $150K-$180K (Total Comp)

About the Role

We're hiring our first growth marketing leader to scale demand from HR and benefits leaders. Referrals, LinkedIn and paid search are already producing pipeline — your job is to turn them into a repeatable engine and bring our lead generation fully in-house with AI-run campaigns. You'll report to the CEO, lead our marketing, website and events team, own HubSpot end to end, and support our partnerships and broker efforts.

What You'll Do

• Scale HR-direct demand: Own LinkedIn ads, Google Ads and content that turn HR, benefits and total-rewards leaders into booked demos.
• Grow referrals: Build a structured referral program with customers and partners.
• Own lead generation: Take over our outsourced lead gen and run it in-house with AI-driven campaigns.
• Own HubSpot: Run segmentation, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, nurture and attribution so sales trusts the data.
• Lead the team: Manage our marketing, website and events team and set its priorities.
• Support partnerships: Deliver the marketing our partnerships and broker efforts need — events, webinars, co-marketing and broker materials.
• Report on results: Track pipeline and cost per qualified demo by channel; double down on what works, cut what doesn't.

What You Bring

• Experience: 7+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, including owning a pipeline number.
• HR-tech or benefits background: Experience marketing to HR, benefits or total-rewards buyers.
• AI-native execution: You build and run campaigns with AI tools (e.g. Claude) end to end — targeting, copy, sequences and analysis — and can show us how.
• Paid and outbound: Hands-on with LinkedIn and Google Ads, and with running outbound programs.
• HubSpot expertise: Deep, hands-on HubSpot marketing automation, segmentation and reporting.
• Player-coach: You lead a small team and still build campaigns, write copy and work in the CRM yourself.
