Weāre looking for a Growth Marketing & Analytics Lead who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and data. You will own our analytics stack (Mixpanel + Iterable) and play a key role in uncovering what drives engagement and conversionāso we can double down on what works.
Your goal: Help us understand user behavior, test campaigns, and scale what moves the needle.
š Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize Mixpanel to surface insights on feature adoption, retention, and user journeys.
- Manage Iterable to drive lifecycle campaigns, personalized outreach, and engagement automations.
- Partner with product, marketing, and sales to define KPIs, build dashboards, and analyze whatās working.
- Set up A/B tests and attribution models to measure content, features, and campaign performance.
- Translate insights into growth experiments, campaigns, and recommendations.
- Help us market smarter: Identify and amplify the messages, features, and channels that drive enterprise and user success.

You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have 3+ years of experience with Mixpanel and Iterable (or similar tools).
- Love making sense of data to inform marketing and product decisions.
- Are fluent in funnels, cohorts, event tagging, and segmentation.
- Understand B2B SaaS or health/wellness platforms.
- Have worked with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to drive growth initiatives.
- Are self-motivated, structured, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup.
