Join Welling as Marketing Lead (Influencers, Creators, Social)

You’ll lead all aspects of influencer, UGC creators and social to drive awareness and subscriber growth in SEA and North America. You’ll determine the most effective strategies, manage the budget, and focus on initiatives that deliver measurable results. Step onboard a rocketship the moment it's taking off.

You should have:

• Proven track record running (viral) influencer/ugc/social campaigns
• Experience running marketing and growth for a consumer mobile app
• Experience in health & fitness is a big plus
• Deep understanding of latest trends, creatives, influencer strategies.
• Hands-on skills: able to run campaigns yourself, not manage agencies.
• Startup mindset and experience: resourceful, data-driven, and comfortable wearing many hats.
• Know what latest strategies work and what resonates with consumers.
