👩‍💻 Role Responsibilities

Buckle up and jump into the AI train to help us ease connection between clients and finance professionals
Transform creative ideas into fully functional software from concept to production
Think about the actual problems in front of us rather than prematurely optimizing to address future problems that may never materialize
Create, refine and fix our existing codebase mostly in Ruby on Rails and React

📚 Required Skills

Verbal and written communication skills in French and English
Comfortable in highly collaborative, startup environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
5+ years of backend development in Ruby on Rails
Competent with front-end development in React using Typescript
Great communication skills
Motivated, eager to learn about new technologies with an exceptional work ethic
Ability to build scalable and maintainable architectures

💡 Bonus Points

Already experimented with AI in any kind (Generative AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, training)
Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
Skilled with AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform
Mobile development experience on iOS
Any NodeJS experience
Understanding of web app security best practices
