Full Stack Engineer (Angular + NestJS Specialist)

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain core applications using Angular (latest standalone) on the frontend and NestJS on the backend
• Rapidly prototype new features and turn product ideas into working MVPs
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable TypeScript across the stack
• Design REST and GraphQL APIs that are scalable and intuitive
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and clinical stakeholders to ship tools that make a difference
• Help architect frontend-backend communication and optimize performance
• Contribute to internal tooling and reusable libraries

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience building production-grade apps using Angular and NestJS
• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Hosting, Functions)
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript
• Solid understanding of component-based architecture, observables, and RxJS
• Ability to work full stack across client, server, and database layers
• Strong grasp of modular monorepo patterns, state management, and dependency injection
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
• U.S.-based only

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with React, Ionic, and Capacitor
• Familiarity with mobile app deployment via Capacitor
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL or Firestore
• UI/UX sensitivity and an eye for clean design
• Experience working on healthcare or HIPAA-compliant apps
