WeGrowth helps SaaS startups go from early traction to $3M+ ARR through performance marketing and funnel optimization. We’re looking for a Tech Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead content and social media efforts for WeGrowth and our portfolio of SaaS clients.

What You'll Do:

As a Tech Content Creator & Social Media Manager, you’ll own social media strategy, content creation, and UGC-style video production across multiple platforms. Your role is both creative and technical, focusing on planning and creating content, producing short-form videos, and managing social channels to grow visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create high-performing content: posts, threads, carousels, graphics, and short-form UGC-style videos.
Research industry trends and SaaS founders’ pain points to craft content that resonates with our ICP.
Manage social media calendars for WeGrowth and select SaaS clients/projects.
Collaborate with growth strategists and designer on bigger campaigns, but own day-to-day content creation.
Monitor and optimize performance: engagement, reach, and lead generation.
Stay on top of the latest trends in SaaS, AI, and digital marketing to keep our brand and clients ahead.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

3+ years of hands-on social media management for B2B/SaaS brands or agencies.
Proven track record of creating UGC-style short videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn native video).
Strong copywriting skills for social media posts, threads, and captions.
Tech background or proven experience with SaaS, startups, or digital tools.
Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to interpret results.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a cross-functional team.
Bonus: Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut/Final Cut for editing.
