About The Role
We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role requires someone who not only excels at creating impactful visual designs but also has a strong focus on video content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing a range of digital media assets, including both image and video content for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and other social media channels. Additionally, an understanding of marketing technology and creative automation tools is essential for this role to scale creative production efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and create a wide range of digital and print designs, including web graphics, social media visuals, digital ads, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Produce video content for social media, focusing on platforms like TikTok and YouTube, including video editing, motion graphics, and short-form videos.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and social media teams to design and execute creative concepts that enhance our marketing strategy across both image and video formats.
- Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite to create original designs and video content that aligns with the brand’s messaging and audience.
- Implement creative automation techniques to streamline content creation for marketing campaigns, improving efficiency in delivering assets at scale.
- Ensure all designs and video content are optimized for various platforms and meet technical requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design, video, and marketing trends, especially in social media and creative automation technologies.
- Maintain consistency with our brand guidelines across all platforms and content formats.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design and video production, particularly for digital platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design work and video content creation, demonstrating expertise across image and video mediums.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, as well as video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
- Experience in creating short-form video content for social media platforms, with knowledge of trends and formats that perform well.
- Familiarity with creative automation tools and marketing technology to scale design and video output for marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and layout, as well as video principles like pacing, transitions, and sound integration.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Google Web Designer and HTML5 banner animation is a plus.
- Experience with HTML and CSS is advantageous.
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
