We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager - Marketing Automation to lead product-led marketing efforts, streamline automation workflows, and drive user engagement. This role bridges product and marketing functions to deliver impactful campaigns, boost product adoption, and enhance the customer journey across both B2C and B2B touchpoints.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies that increase user adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Define and execute go-to-market plans in collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Lead customer segmentation and build targeted campaigns to nurture leads and activate users.
- Manage marketing automation tools (e.g., Clevertap, Zoho, etc.) to execute workflows across email, WhatsApp, and lead nurturing journeys.
- Work with content and design teams to craft engaging B2C hooks and compelling B2B collateral such as case studies, one-pagers, and articles.
- Partner with sales to create enablement materials that drive conversions and explain product value.
- Analyze and report on campaign and workflow performance, using insights to iterate and optimize.
- Act as the voice of the customer within product discussions, ensuring alignment between user needs and feature development.
- Stay up to date with evolving trends in marketing automation, performance marketing, and user behavior analytics.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in product marketing and marketing automation roles.
- Proven expertise in platforms like Clevertap, MoEngage, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and engagement strategies in both B2C and B2B contexts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate product features into value-driven messaging.
- Experience in A/B testing, data-driven decision-making, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and strong execution abilities.
