Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support & Meeting Participation: Accompany the CEO to critical meetings, document insights, and follow through on key decisions and action items.
- Calendar & Scheduling Management: Coordinate and prioritize a complex calendar with a focus on aligning meetings to business priorities.
- Communication & Documentation: Draft high-quality emails, internal notes, presentations, and business decks for various stakeholders.
- Travel & Logistics Coordination: Plan and manage detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and visa requirements.
- Project & Task Oversight: Track progress across ongoing projects, highlight roadblocks, and assist with background research or documentation.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Manage highly sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting C-suite executives or top leadership
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong business acumen and genuine interest in the entertainment or talent management industries
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Asana (or similar)
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
