About the role
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Strategist / Marketing Project Manager with 5-7 years of overall experience, including 2-4 years in marketing, content creation, or campaign coordination, to support our go-to-market initiatives for District360. This role involves planning and executing campaigns, developing impactful content, and supporting targeted account-based marketing (ABM) efforts.
You'll collaborate closely with sales, design, and product teams to bring marketing strategies to life—driving visibility, engagement, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Coordination
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital, events)
- Coordinate timelines, messaging, and deliverables across teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support ABM efforts by tailoring outreach and content for high-priority accounts.
Content Creation & Management
- Develop and refine marketing content such as email copy, landing pages, social posts, and one-pagers
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with campaign goals and product milestones
- Collaborate with internal experts and designers to create compelling marketing collateral.
Market Research & Strategic Input
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior
- Help identify new marketing opportunities and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Report on key metrics (e.g., engagement, conversions) and recommend improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and partnership teams to ensure alignment with business goals
- Provide marketing support for events, webinars, and customer engagement programs.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of overall experience, with 2-4 years in marketing, content creation, or campaign/project coordination (B2B or SaaS experience is a plus)
- Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to turn concepts into engaging content
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with attention to detail
- Interest in civic tech, placemaking, or economic development is a plus
