Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Define key marketing KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness to ensure ROI-driven execution.
- Manage marketing budgets, optimize resource allocation, and monitor spend efficiency.
- Brand Management & Positioning
- Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
- Develop compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage creative development for marketing collateral, digital assets, and campaigns.
- Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage online presence across platforms, ensuring high engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to design lead-generation campaigns and nurture funnels.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM platforms) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Content & Communication
- Oversee content strategy—blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Coordinate with PR agencies or internal teams to secure media coverage and partnerships.
- Event & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute product launches, webinars, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Design 360° campaigns integrating online and offline channels.
- Track campaign impact, analyze metrics, and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a small team of marketing professionals and external partners.
- Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.
- Present marketing insights, campaign outcomes, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-9 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C product/service environment.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver tangible results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM platforms).
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
