We're looking for a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of working with digital marketing data across multiple platforms. This is a hybrid role that blends digital analytics with marketing performance analysis—ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, marketing, and business strategy.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Platform Analytics
• Analyze data across web analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics) as well as MarTech/AdTech sources such as CRM systems, ad platforms, surveys, and email campaigns.
• Consolidate data from multiple digital channels to provide a unified view of marketing performance.
• Advanced Data Querying & Processing
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets from tools like BigQuery or other cloud databases.
• Clean, normalize, and merge datasets from disparate sources to support robust analysis.
• Performance Measurement & Insights
• Evaluate marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and conversion funnels.
• Translate complex data into clear business insights to inform strategy, improve ROI, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Dashboarding & Visualization
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Present insights in a clear, visual, and actionable format tailored to different stakeholders.
• Marketing Metrics Expertise
• Analyze and report on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROI, LTV, and more.
• Align performance metrics with overall business and marketing objectives.
• Testing & Statistical Analysis
• Apply basic statistical methods including A/B testing and hypothesis validation.
• Interpret results to guide data-backed decision-making.
• Stakeholder Communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and data engineering.
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
