🎯 What you'll do

Lead the design and development of scalable cloud applications (frontend + backend).
Drive initiatives to improve performance, security, and observability.
Collaborate with Product and Infrastructure teams to ship features end-to-end.
Mentor junior engineers and elevate technical standards across the team.
Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code.
Own and improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure tooling.

🛠 What we're looking for

4+ years of software development experience.
Strong background in cloud-native applications.
Solid skills in: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL, REST APIs, CI/CD.
Experience with performance debugging and optimization.
English: advanced level (written & spoken)
Ability to communicate clearly and work independently in distributed teams.
Bonus: React, Typescript, GoLang, Terraform, GitLab CI, GraphQL, Argo, PostgreSQL.
