The Role:

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our applications. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment to deliver design solutions that drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences across our mobile and web applications.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand problems, guide design solutions, and create seamless, reliable, and efficient user experiences.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and analysis to inform and guide product decisions.
• Create designs optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new features.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work for web and mobile applications.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing customer feedback to inform design decisions.
• Ability to design, build, and maintain brand integrity across digital platforms.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to find creative solutions to ambiguous or complex challenges.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Background in behavioral health or experience designing for health tech or wellness platforms.
• Experience using analytics tools to inform UX improvements.
