We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can lead with both logic and craft. This is a role for someone who understands systems, designs with intent, and isn’t afraid to challenge assumptions.

You’ll be defining how people navigate, use, and trust our product -- across web and mobile.

This isn’t a visual styling job. It’s a product-critical role where design drives clarity, consistency, and outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full design process from research to developer-ready assets
• Design user flows, journeys, and scalable interaction patterns
• Define and refine our visual language within the V4 Design System
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and fellow Designers
• Present work clearly and defend decisions with data and logic
• Spot UX issues and propose improvements proactively
• Design for complex, multi-role platforms (Investor, Agent, Admin, Solicitor)
• Build reusable components and systems that scale
• Maintain clear, structured design documentation
• Stay sharp on tools, trends, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of UI/UX experience with a portfolio of shipped web and mobile products
• Mastery of Figma, including Auto Layout, Component Properties, and Variables
• Strong grasp of multi-state design systems (empty, error, loading, edge cases)
• Fluent in developer speak: tokens, breakpoints, inspect mode, and beyond
• Proven experience building or extending design systems (not just consuming them)
• Ability to break down complex problems into testable design hypotheses
• Precision mindset: details like padding, icon alignment, and hover states matter
• User-first approach grounded in empathy, logic, and real-world usage
• Self-sufficient across multiple projects and timelines
• Excellent communicator who can articulate design trade-offs clearly
• Strong QA instincts: both in design and implementation

Bonus Points

While not required, these will help you stand out:

• Experience designing for real estate, fintech, or SaaS dashboards
• Familiarity with motion design or prototyping tools like Smart Animate or Framer
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design (WCAG)
• Track record of mentoring designers or leading cross-functional projects
