WebPros is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Digital Marketing to drive our digital strategy, execution, and performance optimization. As a key leader in our Corporate Marketing team, you will shape WebPros’ digital presence, demand generation efforts, and branded campaigns, ensuring our marketing strategy aligns seamlessly with evolving business goals.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Thinking: Be a strategic thinker while being agile and entrepreneurial in approach to ensure the digital marketing function stays in lockstep with evolving business requirements and goals
- Operationalize Digital Marketing Thought Leadership: Lead the strategic development, planning, and ongoing optimization efforts, synthesizing WebPros’ business strategy with the application of industry best practices and insights generated from internal data analysis to maximize returns on digital marketing investments.
- Build Digital Marketing Capability: drive strategic development across people, process and tools.
- Test and Learn: Create processes for rapid experimentation to continuously and incrementally improve the efficiency and effectiveness of WebPros' digital marketing function, tightly aligning testing efforts with business needs.
- Digital Marketing Programs: Plan and execute (co-)branded digital marketing programs in collaboration with WebPros' field and partners. Adapt revenue initiative campaigns provided by the Portfolio Marketing team to tailor the partner's execution as negotiated by WebPros' field teams. This will involve collaboration on various metrics, specifically supporting the growth of WebPros' SaaS offerings and the revenue realized by the partner.
- Branded Campaigns: Execute WebPros-branded campaigns that drive traffic and conversion to very specific initiatives as outlined by Portfolio Marketing and Corporate Marketing. Collaborate on metrics focused on lowering cost per action to maximize ROI.
- Demand Generation: Execute highly targeted cross-channel digital campaigns that drive traffic and conversion to the storefront for either direct purchase or trial initiation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing peers on their execution of social and email campaigns and manage the infrastructure (websites, HubSpot, supporting SocialBee, etc.) used to execute. Key metrics will center around organic traffic generation, user engagement, health and performance of database marketing, and utilization of peers in the GTM team.
- Performance Management: Responsible for planning process, budget control, reporting and ongoing performance optimisation, through direct data capture and reporting and/or in collaboration with the RevOps team.
- Team Management: Manage, coach, and lead a team of internal professionals and external agencies, ensuring their performance continually improves, including active professional development plans for each internal team member.
