Most of our clients are running a Shopify + Klaviyo tech stack, and we’re growing our Customer Lifecycle team like wildfire - a team of specialist designers and strategists who geek out over email & eCommerce — so you won’t be alone in this :)
We need a Klaviyo wizard (you?) to help us shape, execute and optimise lifecycle strategies for our awesome current and future clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Klaviyo game – You’ll take the reins for a portfolio of eCommerce brands, building and optimising flows, campaigns, and segmentation strategies that actually bring in revenue.
- Be hands-on with Klaviyo – This isn’t a ‘big ideas’ role where you pass things off to someone else. You’ll be deep in flows, reporting, A/B testing, and troubleshooting.
- Make magic with integrations – Whether it’s a loyalty program, subscriptions, or quizzes, you’ll know how to plug them into Klaviyo and make them work beautifully.
- Deliverability pro – You understand inbox placement like a detective, ensuring emails actually land in inboxes.
- Stay ahead of the game – Klaviyo updates? Trends? New best practices? You’ll be the first to know and help the team stay on top of it too.
- Work with our designers & copywriters – No need to design emails yourself, but you’ll give input on what converts, what looks great, and what customers will actually click.
- Teach & guide – We want you to empower clients and the team with your knowledge, making lifecycle marketing feel less like ‘just emails’ and more like business gold.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3+ years of Klaviyo expertise – You know flows, campaigns and segmentation inside and out, and you’re comfortable leading Klaviyo client work from day one.
- Experience with loyalty, subscriptions, quizzes & other platforms – You don’t just know Klaviyo, you know how to make it play nicely with other tools.
- Deliverability optimisation – You understand list hygiene, warmups, and how to get those open rates soaring.
- You can juggle multiple projects – We work with a bunch of amazing clients, and you’ll be managing several at a time.
- Figma-friendly – No, you don’t need to design emails, but you can jump into Figma, give feedback, and make sure everything flows beautifully.
- Project management skills – You keep track of tasks, meet deadlines, and keep clients (and the team) in the loop.
- You think strategically but execute tactically – Big picture? You see it. Small details? You nail them.
- You’re proactive & solutions-focused – If you spot a problem, you fix it (or at least flag it with a great solution in mind).
- You’re a team player who loves to share knowledge – We’re big on collaboration, and we want someone who’s excited to brainstorm, teach, and learn from others.
