As a senior leader in our marketing team, you’ll manage multiple client projects, lead talented specialists, and craft strategies that convert clicks into loyal customers. If you live and breathe analytics, ads, and automation — this one’s for you.

What You’ll Do:

⦁ Lead digital campaigns from strategy to execution — on time, on budget, on point.

⦁ Manage clients, build trust, and deliver measurable marketing success.

⦁ Oversee paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing funnels.

⦁ Implement advanced tracking with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and GA4.

⦁ Analyze performance data and drive ROI-focused optimizations.

⦁ Stay ahead of digital trends to keep campaigns cutting-edge.

What You Bring:

⦁ 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (Google & Meta Ads expert).

⦁ Proven success in performance marketing and conversion optimization.

⦁ Strong command of GA4, GTM, remarketing, and audience segmentation.

⦁ Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.

⦁ A proactive, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving.

- Office Location: Panabo City, Davao Del Norte

- Preferred Applicants: Residents of Panabo City, Davao City, or within the Davao Region.

- Position: Full-time

- Work Schedule: 3 PM – 12 MN

- Weekends Off: Fixed
