What You’ll Do:

Develop Marketing Strategy: Create and document a comprehensive marketing plan, outlining key objectives, target audiences, channels, and messaging. Set up tasks and timelines in ClickUp to ensure structured planning and seamless execution.
Execute Marketing Strategies: Implement the strategies across various platforms, monitor performance, and adjust campaigns as needed to drive lead generation and business growth.
Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
Write compelling ad copy and oversee creative design to ensure impactful campaigns.
Lead and build a marketing team, mentoring them to deliver high performance.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
Collaborate with other teams (sales, design, product development) to ensure marketing aligns with business goals.
Take full responsibility for marketing results and lead generation.

What You’ll Need:

5+ years of experience in a marketing lead role within a digital marketing agency (this is a must).
Proven experience in developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies.
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.
Strong copywriting skills and creative oversight.
Experience with lead generation and funnel optimization.
Ability to build, lead, and manage a marketing team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate strategies, performance insights, and team goals.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as sales, design, and product development.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach focused on driving growth.
Flexibility and the ability to take ownership of all marketing initiatives, from strategy to execution.
Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign optimization.
Strong project management skills.
