ROLE OVERVIEW

WealthNest.Al helps Indian families grow their wealth. Users see everything they own in one place, find what needs fixing, and act on it through investments, insurance, income tax, and inheritance services, guided by SEBI-registered experts.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 2 to 4 years of experience to own paid acquisition for our app, end to end. Our goal is not installs alone. It is users who download, sign in, and link their accounts. You will plan and run campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels, working closely with a small team on planning and execution, and directly with the founders. Your campaigns will go live within days, and you will know what works within weeks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the planning and execution of paid campaigns across Google (Search, App campaigns, YouTube), Meta, and channels such as LinkedIn and Apple Search Ads
• Set budgets, bids, and targets, and manage spend against cost-per-signup and quality goals
• Optimise for installs that turn into sign-ups, account linking, and active users, not installs alone
• Plan and run creative testing with the design and content team, covering hooks, formats, and landing pages
• Work with the tech team on tracking and tools setup and usage, including the MMP (AppsFlyer or similar), GA4, Firebase, and conversion events
• Build weekly dashboards and decide what to scale, fix, or stop
• Collaborate with the team on campaign planning, execution, and reporting
• Work with the product team to improve app store listings and landing pages
• Make sure every ad follows SEBI, ASCI, and platform policies for financial services
• Take full ownership of results, including cost, user quality, and growth

REQUIREMENTS

Must Have

• A 30-day campaign plan as part of the screening process. • 2 to 4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with direct ownership of campaigns and budgets
• Strong working experience with Google Ads (including App campaigns) and Meta Ads Manager
• Experience running app install campaigns and optimising for in-app events
• Working knowledge of attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or Firebase) and GA4
• Comfort with numbers such as CAC, CPI, conversion rates, cohorts, and LTV, with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Clear communication and the ability to work well with a small team
• A degree, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, investing, insurance, or other regulated categories
• Knowledge of SEBI and ASCI advertising rules for financial products
• Experience with Apple Search Ads, Linkedin Ads, or YouTube
• Exposure to ASO, landing page testing, and conversion rate optimisation
• Experience with creative testing, UGC, or short-form video ads
• Interest in personal finance and how Indian families manage money
