The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Engineer to own our growth marketing strategy and execute it with AI at the center of everything. This is not a traditional demand-gen role. You’ll be building and operating AI-powered growth engines that generate predictable, scalable pipeline across paid media, email campaigns, ABM, webinars, events, and any channel that moves the needle.

Think of this as part growth marketer, part systems architect, part builder. You’ll set the strategy, wire up the systems, create the campaigns, analyze the data, and iterate, fast, with AI doing the heavy lifting on everything that doesn’t require human taste and judgment.

You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing, the Marketing and SDR teams, and even the cofounders of Wealthbox. You’ll collaborate with sales leadership on ICP alignment, target accounts, and pipeline strategy. But the expectation is that you operate with high autonomy and high velocity, like a technical founder building a product, except the product is pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full growth marketing strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • Build and manage AI agents and automated workflows that drive demand generation at scale, from audience targeting and enrichment to campaign execution, lead scoring, and nurture sequences.
  • Run paid media strategy across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, working with a contractor who handles platform-level bid management.
  • Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline, not just leads.
  • Use AI for data analysis, attribution modeling, conversion optimization, and pipeline forecasting. Turn data into decisions faster than a traditional team of analysts could.
  • Build and maintain systems that connect your marketing stack (Salesforce, Pardot, Clay, Warmly) into a cohesive, automated engine. Partner with sales and SDR leadership on ICP alignment, target account lists, and campaign-to-pipeline handoffs.
  • Develop and test AI-driven approaches to personalization, segmentation, and ABM that would be impossible to do manually.
  • Continuously evaluate new tools, platforms, and approaches. If something better exists, find it and implement it.
  • Collaborate with the partner marketing manager to amplify webinar and event pipeline through cross-channel campaigns, pre-event ABM, and post-event nurture automation.

Desired Skills And Experience

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with deep expertise in growth marketing or demand generation.
  • A proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue, not just MQLs.
  • Genuine AI fluency and experience. You’re not just using ChatGPT to draft marketing copy. You’re building agents, automating workflows, connecting systems, and using AI as a force multiplier across your entire function. You should be comfortable working in tools like Claude, Clay, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms, and be willing to learn fast when new ones emerge.
  • Comfort operating as a technical builder. You can wire up integrations, build automations, troubleshoot workflows, and prototype solutions without waiting for engineering support.
  • Strong analytical instincts and the ability to work with data, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks to inform strategy.
  • Experience with paid media strategy (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Bing) and the ability to think across channels, not just within one.
  • Clear, direct communication skills. You’ll be working closely with sales leadership, the CEO, and a lean marketing team that values speed over process.
