The Senior Regional Marketing Specialist (SRMS) plays a critical role in accelerating Wealth Enhancement’s growth by delivering high-impact marketing strategies and execution across a defined territory. This role blends relationship management, strategic planning, and hands-on marketing implementation to support advisor teams in achieving their growth objectives. Working closely with Regional Practice Management team, Marketing Activation Specialists, and the broader Marketing team, the SRMS serves as the lead marketing partner for advisor teams—bridging local needs with firm-wide initiatives.
This position is ideal for a proactive, creative, and relationship-driven individual who thrives on inspiring advisors, piloting new solutions, and embracing AI tools to drive smarter, more scalable marketing.
This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates in central, mountain, or pacific time zones.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $90,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. _WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified at the individual contributor level is $79,200.00 to $110,900.00. However, the base salary range bolded above ($80,000.00 to $90,000.00) is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
