Our corporate office is looking to hire a Marketing Support Specialist who will work directly with our sales team to support and execute on their marketing and event planning efforts. In this role, you would partner with a team of Regional Vice Presidents to support them with: collateral needs, branch communication, monthly newsletter, event ideas, promotion, and execution. You will serve as the first point of contact for all marketing-related activity in their assigned regions.
This role requires superior communication skills, the ability to manage projects efficiently, provide creative contributions, and be adaptable within a fast-paced environment. In this role, you must be comfortable with technology and have a passion for developing relationships, both internally and externally.
This is a remote eligible role with associated travel up to 30-40%.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $65,00 - $80,000, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. We encourage you to apply and provide us with your compensation expectations when you do. We’re big on open conversations, so, let’s have one.

_WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. Thus, the entire salary range for those who are classified as the Manager level is $$67,300 to $97,600.
