Senior Software Engineer

We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong foundation in both backend and frontend technologies to lead and contribute to mission-critical projects. You'll work cross-functionally with project managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable web applications and digital solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience

Skills Required:-

Laravel, WordPress, Python, Next.js and React JS

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel, WordPress, Python, React JS and Next.js

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Optimize application performance and scalability

• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers

• Ensure best practices in software engineering, architecture, and agile methodologies

• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively across the team and stakeholders

Must-Have Skills:

• Extensive experience with Laravel and WordPress

• Strong backend development experience with Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask, SQLAlchemy)

• Proficiency with modern frontend development JavaScript framework Next.js and React JS.

• Solid understanding of web architecture, security, and performance best practices

• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and API management

• Experience with PostgreSQL and familiarity of caching solutions like Redis is bonus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with next gen code generation tools like cursor.ai for rapid development of Laravel, WordPress, Next.js or Python projects.

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Experience with containerization using Docker

• Understanding of Kubernetes for orchestration

• CI/CD experience, especially with GitLab pipelines
