Position Overview
WBI is seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales and Marketing Specialist to lead all marketing and advertising efforts. This role is critical in building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales growth through data-driven campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
This is a remote contract position, ideal for a results-oriented marketer with a strong understanding of the residential construction or home improvement space.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Oversight
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, email, social, and print.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns that align with company goals and seasonal demand cycles.
- Oversee day-to-day execution of all marketing and advertising activities.
Campaign Management
- Manage PPC (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and SEO efforts to drive targeted website traffic.
- Build and monitor email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences.
- Supervise content creation for social media, website, and advertising.
Lead Generation & Sales Funnel Tracking
- Track lead sources and monitor performance across the entire customer journey—from first click to closed sale.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify high-quality leads and align campaign strategies with sales objectives.
Website Management
- Oversee the design, content, and performance of WBI's website.
- Manage website updates, UX improvements, and SEO optimization in collaboration with internal or external web teams.
- Ensure the website effectively supports lead generation, product education, and brand positioning.
Contractor & Vendor Management
- Hire, coordinate, and oversee marketing contractors, freelancers, and outside marketing or design firms as needed.
- Ensure external partners deliver quality work on time and within budget.
Analytics & Reporting
- Define and report on KPIs for all marketing initiatives using dashboards and performance analytics.
- Adapt strategies based on data, market trends, and feedback.
- Provide monthly reporting on campaign ROI, lead flow, and customer acquisition.
Budget Management
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget for maximum impact.
- Allocate spending across channels and adjust based on performance and seasonality.
CRM & Marketing Tools
- Leverage CRM tools such as Zoho (or equivalent) to track leads, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
- Ensure marketing data is clean, actionable, and well-integrated with sales tools.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing strategy and campaign execution
- Proven ability to manage contractors, vendors, and outsourced teams
- Expertise in PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising
- Strong analytical skills and experience reporting KPIs
- Experience using CRMs such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Preferred Experience
