The Digital Marketing Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving digital visibility, lead generation, and brand credibility in a competitive HNW advisory market. This role blends modern marketing strategy, AI-enhanced technology, SEO expertise, and online reputation management, all executed within the framework of strict regulatory compliance.
You will help position the firm as a trusted authority by elevating its digital footprint across web, search, social, and email—translating strategy into measurable outcomes that support growth and client trust.
Skills & Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Develop and implement integrated digital strategies that support firm growth, HNW client acquisition, and retention goals.
- Define audience segments (e.g., business owners, retirees, next-gen wealth) and craft targeted messaging accordingly.
- Stay informed on industry trends, AI marketing advancements, and evolving compliance rules.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Own all aspects of on-page and off-page SEO (technical SEO, schema markup, link building, keyword targeting).
- Continuously optimize site UX and content to drive organic visibility and conversions.
- Use AI tools to scale content optimization efficiently.
- Manage firm’s Google Business Profile, ensuring accuracy, reviews monitoring, and local SEO impact.
Online Reputation & Reviews
- Monitor and manage the firm’s online presence across Google, LinkedIn, industry directories, and review platforms.
- Proactively manage and respond to reviews within regulatory guidelines.
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
Work with the marketing team to:
- Build segmented email campaigns for clients, prospects, and centers of influence (COIs).
- Design and optimize drip campaigns and educational series for long-term engagement.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, SEC/FINRA rules).
Paid Advertising & Retargeting
Work with the marketing team to:
- Plan and manage paid campaigns via Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook to target HNW prospects.
- Leverage retargeting, geo-targeting, and AI-driven bid optimization to enhance ROI.
- Ensure all advertising assets (copy, disclosures, performance claims) adhere to compliance standards.
Analytics, Reporting & Attribution
- Monitor key performance metrics: site traffic, lead volume, cost per acquisition, and conversion rates.
- Use Google Analytics, and other platforms to produce monthly/quarterly dashboards.
- Leverage AI or predictive analytics tools for marketing attribution and performance forecasting.
Travel:
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in financial services or a regulated industry.
- Strong grasp of SEO, local search, digital ads, and AI content tools.
- Deep understanding of online reputation management and compliance-sensitive marketing.
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting KPIs and applying insights.
- Strong communicator, collaborator, and project manager with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SEC/FINRA regulations or demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
