Job Opening: Business Developer – Fast & Ultra-Fast EV Chargers Huawei
Location: Italy (with availability for national and international travel)
Contract: Full-time / Permanent
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Developer to lead the promotion and development of Huawei-branded fast and ultra-fast electric vehicle charging solutions (EV Chargers).
The role will be responsible for direct sales to Key Accounts (fleet operators, large retailers, energy companies) and indirect sales through the distribution network, with a strong focus on sell-out and technical-commercial support.
Main Responsibilities:
• Business development of the Huawei Fast & Ultra-Fast EV Charger portfolio in the Italian market;
• Direct management of strategic Key Accounts (charging operators, installers, investors);
• Support and training for distributors to maximize sell-out performance;
• Collaboration with the marketing team for lead generation and product promotion;
• Benchmarking, competitor analysis, and strategic pricing proposals;
• Participation in trade fairs, events, and networking activities in the e-mobility sector.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in commercial roles in the EV Charging, E-Mobility, or Energy sectors;
• Technical knowledge of DC charging solutions, grid infrastructure, regulations, and market trends;
• Strong client-facing skills, including experience with large customers, EPCs, and distributors;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Fluent in English (German is a plus);
• Willingness to travel frequently across Italy and abroad when necessary.
