What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead Waste Logics’ marketing strategy, ensuring it drives measurable impact on company growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategy & Targets: Develop and implement a marketing strategy with clear goals aligned to company growth.
- Client Acquisition: Identify high-value client profiles (ICP) and discover the best channels to engage with them.
- Lead Generation: Create and execute outbound marketing campaigns that convert leads into customers.
- Website Optimisation: Lead the redevelopment of our WordPress site to maximise lead conversions.
- Content Marketing & Product Marketing: Develop case studies, messaging, and initiatives that enhance brand credibility and drive retention and upsells.
- Marketing Automation: Streamline growth with marketing automation strategies, leveraging HubSpot and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Performance Reporting: Monitor key metrics and evaluate campaign success while iterating for continuous improvement.
- PR & Industry Engagement: Craft creative PR strategies and foster relationships with clients and partners for co-marketing opportunities.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest in SaaS, waste management, logistics & supply chain industries.
