The Director/Sr Director of Performance Marketing is a newly created dynamic leadership role at Walters Hospitality. While reporting to the Head of Marketing and indirectly to the CEO, this leader will develop the performance marketing and media buying strategies across the Walters Hospitality event venue portfolio. This role will drive engagement and identify scalable, data driven growth strategies to enhance venue bookings and revenue. This leader is responsible for owning the performance marketing strategy and designing high growth/ROI performance metric targets.

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Define and lead performance marketing strategies across digital media platforms to drive customer acquisition
• Execute strategies to increase customer acquisition that yield measurable growth
• Own the paid media investment strategy - evaluate and modify budget allocation across channels and markets based on channel/market performance and investment returns
• Identify high impact and ROI opportunities to drive venue bookings and revenue
• Isolate underperforming strategies and pivot to reallocate and reoptimize strategies
• Analyze and test performance strategies into business insights
• Partner closely with the Marketing team to ensure paid media efforts are integrated into marketing brand campaigns
• Identify new growth channels, audiences, and creative approaches to improve efficiency in key performance metrics (e.g. ROAS, CTR, CPC, impressions, etc)

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years performance marketing, customer/user acquisition experience with expert understanding in managing channel mix strategy
• Proven track record to drive growth and reallocation based on performance
• Tons of intellectual and analytical horsepower to translate data into business strategies
• A strategic thinker and risk taker that can own/develop performance marketing from the ground-up
