Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft engaging, user-friendly interfaces and design experiences that delight our users. You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into beautiful and functional digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Own customer journeys across different product lineups, each with unique product philosophies targeting a variety of customer segments.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and validate designs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement and iterate on design solutions.
- Enable tech, marketing, and content teams with the required design assets with niche requirements and definitions.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and improve the user experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in UI/UX.
- Prototype dynamic experiences to demonstrate end-to-end journeys involving Call-To-Actions, drop-downs, filters, and other UI elements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design process.
- Understanding of responsive design, interaction design principles, and user-centered design.
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through visuals and presentations.
- US work shift with a committed window of availability.
- Experience designing social media marketing collateral, such as reels, shorts, and Canva templates.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with design systems (e.g., Material Design, Apple HIG).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Motion design or animation tools like After Effects or Lottie.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Video editing skills will be a plus.
- Experience with AI-powered design technologies, including Figma-to-HTML and HTML-to-Figma workflows, as well as prompt engineering for Figma-based design generation and automation.
