Responsibilities:

• Develop API integrations with monitoring/logging platforms and process raw operational data
• Design and implement machine learning models for analyzing historical data and delivering real-time recommendations
• Build scalable, secure, multi-tenant systems that ensure strict data isolation for each client
• Create robust data pipelines to classify and contextualize engineering knowledge
• Collaborate with founding and advisory teams through agile sprints, code reviews, and strategic roadmap discussions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on machine learning and data processing
• Proven track record in developing API integrations with third-party observability/monitoring tools
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Strong understanding of system design, security, and agile development practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote startup environment
