About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Product Designer to drive user experience and interface design for a fintech product. You will lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring that our products are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with current needs.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design engaging digital experiences that simplify complex financial processes.
• Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that articulate design ideas and user flows.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and integrity.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine and iterate on designs.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and systems that ensure consistency across all products.
• Stay updated on fintech design trends, ensuring our product remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design, preferably with experience in fintech or banking environments.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve design challenges in a fintech context.
• Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationales.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
