About The Role
The Marketing and Ad Operations Manager at WaitWhat will oversee our marketing technology stack, optimize workflows, analyze network insights and build scalable processes. As a key member of our dynamic team, you’ll balance data-driven thinking with hands-on execution—designing sophisticated workflows, implementing advanced audience segmentation, managing audio and video ad campaigns, and supporting integrated marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, excels in project management, and has a strong technical background. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with precision will be critical to success in this role.

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000 annually. The final offer will depend on various factors, including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and geographical location, as well as internal equity and market considerations. Please note that salary ranges are periodically reviewed and may be adjusted based on evolving business needs or changes in market conditions.
