We are looking for an experienced freelance Graphic Designer to lead and execute creative projects across a variety of mediums, including digital, print, and branding. This role requires a strong design portfolio, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clean, compelling visuals. The ideal candidate will maintain brand consistency, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and elevate the visual storytelling of our campaigns. Company Description

We are a leading provider of wireless, mesh-networked, "Internet of Things" (IoT) sensors for industrial environments. Our cost-effective, plug-and-play products empower plants of all sizes to conduct predictive and preventative maintenance on mission-critical and secondary equipment in order to maximize uptime. (I.e. We help with things like getting your Prime packages to you faster!)

Onsite Requirements: Remote

Hours: ~20 hours per week

Job Description

This position will give you the opportunity to:

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual assets for web, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and print materials
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to bring campaigns and creative concepts to life
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and communication platforms
• Contribute to the evolution of our visual identity while maintaining a cohesive look and feel
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high design standards
• Receive and implement feedback with a growth mindset and attention to detail
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across digital and print mediums
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Figma, Canva, or Sketch
• Excellent visual storytelling and layout skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, basic animation, or video editing
